Professionals working in many sectors can find themselves involved in helping people with mental health problems and do not always feel equipped or supported to do so. This will range from mental health professionals, to physical health professionals, to school counsellors, school nurses or teachers, to sports coaches, to solicitors. My broad medical and psychotherapeutic training and 15 plus year of teaching and training on mental health, equips me to offer support, advice and training services to such professionals. These services may be delivered individually, for groups, face-to-face, or online.
